Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. In this document you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery policy.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal peaks ,depending on where you live. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customsƒ procedures.

Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Missed Delivery & Pickup Points
If delivery is attempted and the customer is not available, the carrier may deliver the package to a local pickup point or post office. The customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe set by the carrier.

Custom & International Shipping
As orders are shipped internationally, customs inspections may occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. This means that customs fees may apply, depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery and Tracking
- All orders are confirmed with a tracking number (Track & Trace) once they have been shipped.
- If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we always initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- In the event of damage or defective product, we may request pictures or videos as proof before a new delivery or refund is approved.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. These depend on weight, destination and shipping method selected.
Responsibility for delivery
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, this serves as delivery confirmation. If a customer reports non-receipt, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
- Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
