Shipping and delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. In this document you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery policy.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery time
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customs procedures.
Shipping method and origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. This means that customs fees may apply, depending on the country of delivery.
Delivery and tracking
- All orders are confirmed with a tracking number (Track & Trace) once they have been shipped.
- If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we always initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- In the event of damage or defective product, we may request pictures or videos as proof before a new delivery or refund is approved.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. These depend on weight, destination and shipping method selected.
Responsibility for delivery
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.

Delivery Terms - Responsibility after delivery
When an order is marked as delivered according to the tracking information from our shipping partner (e.g. UPS), the order is considered to have been successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost after delivery (e.g. stolen from a mailbox or stairwell).
In such cases, we recommend that you contact the carrier and/or your local postal agent for further investigation.
