Return Policy

At Blair Boutique Boston, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Terms and Conditions for Returns
- You must first notify us that you wish to return an item after you have physically received it.
- Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- It is permitted to try on items, but not to wear them.
- It is not permitted to return products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them.

To save customers high international return costs and long waiting times, we may offer alternative solutions such as partial refunds, store credit, or free replacements without requiring a return.

Return Process
1. Register your return via info@blairboutiqueboston.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. All orders are shipped directly from our international logistics center.
3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Returns (Important Information)
If you wish to return your order, you must do so at your own expense. All returns must be sent to our return address in Asia.

Canceling your Order
You can only cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the package is on its way, the order can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may be able to return the item after receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Refund
- Refunds will only be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Only unused and undamaged products are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cannot be issued while a shipment is still in transit.
- If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- After approval of the return shipment, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return Processing & Deduction Fee
When a return is received and inspected, the refund amount may be subject to a deduction fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

This deduction covers international logistics handling, payment processing costs, and administrative return processing.
This fee only applies when a product is returned instead of accepting alternative solutions such as partial refunds or replacements without requiring a return.

The deduction fee reflects actual operational and transaction costs and is not a penalty.
